The Hyatt is at the beginning of the main strip of hi-rise hotels. Its obviously seen better days, but its not falling apart either. This is a top-of-the-line hotel. I stayed there for about 5 days and was very pleased all around. The lobby area is quite nice with very large plants that make for nice natural decoration. The Hyatt chain should be ashamed of having their name in this property. Some of the reasons: 1. The rooms haven't been updated in 20+ years 2.
