As an owner this was my first visit to the resort since we purchased our week two years ago. We had visited St Thomas before so we knew what to expect, so that made the visit a little more predictable. My family, wife and three kids under 7 all had a great time at the resort. While still under construction,... more

The timeshare villa is a very nice property with all of the latest amenities.  It is nicely furnished and the decor is very attractive.  However the support services for guests staying at the Villas is sorely lacking.  There is insufficient staff available especially in the evenings.  There is a small poolside restaurant now open that serves very good food but... more

Just returned from STT. Stayed at Marriott Frenchman Cove, Sept 7-14, 2008. Nice place. Rooms are decent size. Each bedroom has balcony overlooking harbor and Charlotte Amalie. The property is kinda off the beaten path. Nothing close to walk to. Did not have a restaurant or ATM on premisis. It did have a poolside cafe and small bar. Served burgers,... more

We absolutely loved our stay at the Frenchman's Cove. The units are in great shape, and although the resort is still under construction, it is really coming along. While the "restaurant" on site isn't the greatest (just an outdoor poolside cafe), it worked just fine for those days we were too tired to go somewhere to eat. The Havana Blue... more

We recently returned from a week at the Marriott Frenchman's Cove in St. Thomas. We traded a week at a Marriott Vacation Club to go to St. Thomas. I was looking forward to a vacation but got a lot more than I had hoped for. I have been to the Caribbean several times and don't generally get all that excited... more

My wife and I just returned from the Marroit Frenchmans Cove and was completly dissapointed with the following: 1- We needed to take three different elevators just to get to the beach and pool. 2- The electricity on the island goes out everyday. Be prepared to walk up numerous flights of stairs to get to your room. 3- The locals... more

We just had a wonderful time at the Marriott Frenchman's Cove on St. Thomas, August 22nd -29th. This is the vacation club property that is directly next door to Marriott Frenchman's Reef hotel. We stayed in the newest building and we were so impressed by the accommodations. Marriott has outdone themselves with this property. My first recommendation is to go... more

I just reurned from the Marriott Cove in St. Thomas, V.I. and I was thoroughly impressed with the place. I went with my husband on a timeshare promotion and had convinced myself to reject all info given during the presentation. After spending 3 days of total relaxtion, we weresold! Check-in was a breeze. The villa was spacious and very comfortable... more

We enjoyed our week's stay at the Marriott Frenchman's cove. Our villa, # 226, was a corner unit located on the second floor of building 2. The beach and pool were within easy access of our unit; this was important to us since we were travelling with an infant and a 4 year old. Being on a lower floor is... more

The location is the best thing about this timeshare. Not that there is anything wrong with the facility, but the location can’t be beat. Right at the mouth of the bay, you get a view of the bay, the smaller islands, Charlotte Amalie, and the cruise ships. The beach and the pool at the Cove are certainly nice but if... more
