My family of four had the most perfect stay imaginable. A quiet intimate hotel across the street from a beautiful beach and a 5 star resort. It was next door to one of the best restaurants on the island. The staff (Wen and Fred and our morning breakfast lady)were INCREDIBLY helpful, finding cars, booking excursions, bringing extra juice, etc. At night... more

Wow.!!! It wasour first time in Provo andI must say what a lovely place. The place was actually very quiet at day and at night you can just hear the hum from restaurant but the are closed by 11PM so it did not bothter us at all. The only problem with Providenciales is that unfortunalty, there is now construction everywhere... more

While Wen at the front desk was helpful and charming, the accommodations left a lot to be desired, especially for over $200 US a night. The furniture was old and worn, and while our balcony was surrounded by beautiful bougainvillea, it also directly overlooked the next-door, high-end restaurant. Also, there were no beach views any longer as another high rise... more

This hotel certainly wasn't "cheap" at $275 a night in peak season (and that's with the discount for booking at least a 7-day stay). However, Provo is an expensive island, so we probably would have been okay had the staff not been so unhelpful. We booked our rooms more than 6 months in advance, but they were unable to put... more

they booked actually for december and as everywhere is getting quiet busy so the rate is a minimal and he paid actually 238$ a night and not 275$ as he mentioned .it was not possible to give them close room cause this is a small hotel with only in the same building some room with kingsize bed and some other...

I had the opportunity for a brief caribbean get-away recently. I knew that Provo was very expensive so I was so happy to find a reasonably priced hotel. "PCI" was perfect. I had found a cheaper nightly rate on Expedia, and when I emailed them with questions, they gave me the Expedia price (a $20 per night savings). A small... more

Was a little worried when we pulled up, the entrance is nothing to get excited about but Wen at the front desk was wonderful and our room was fine. Room was very clean and tastefully decorated. Unfortunately there is no beach access, but you can slip the attendents at the Grace Bay a 20 and get all the service you... more

A cute small inn with a charming French owner (Jean-Luc) and a warm-hearted Phillipino manager (Wen) who go way out of their way for guests. During my stay, the owner organized a wonderful gratis barbecue for guests with endless bottles of French wine. The manager was kind enough to drive me to the supermarket on her day off. A nice... more

So sorry to hear about this. I have learned that the island is going thru a major construction phase, but the CPI was the cutest place especially when Cliff was running it. He used to have chairs on the beach too. Also, the short walk to the beach was easy and safe, even at night. No one was ever around,... more

My wife and I just returned for a 4 night stay at the Caribbean Paradise Inn and found the hotel to be clean and well kept. The owner was very nice as well as the rest of the staff. There is MAJOR construction going on all around this hotel and the beach access and the ocean views no longer exsist at... more
