Great location in Philipsburg, Unit on beach side,great view. Staff not very helpful on locations of grocery stores etc. They want you to eat in their restaurant. We stayed at the Sea Palace during Thanksgiving week, and were disappointed and would recommend anyone to avoid staying in Philipsburg altogether let alone the Sea Palace. We stayed at the Sea Palace through RCI timeshare. The room we had 506 was not the one pictured on the RCI website! It was outdated and shabby, but at least it was clean. We were burglarized while staying at the Sea Palace, for thousands of dollars in merchandise. Don't stay there. The owner has not contacted us about this horrible experience. The manager only says there is nothing he can do about our stolen items. The place is a dump. more
