Everyone was very nice, from Jullett Green in reservations, to Martino,and Vaughn in entertainment. not to outdone Adrian Francis in watersports, he really tried his best to teach me how to swim. One of the brochures showed the hotel surrounded by a jungle setting. The photo is fake and the property is in a dirty and noisey part of downtown Montego Bay. The room was dirty on check-in and it took six hours before someone cleaned it. The hotel hallways, stairs, etc., were dirty and dusty. The staff seemed to resent questions.... more
