This is not up to the quality I would expect from Intercontinental. It is in need of an update. The tub and shower both ran whenever the water was turned on. We were forced to stay in the hotel because of a flight cancellation. My daughter purchased something in the gift shop, and, after returning home, discovered that her card had been used in Guatamala! The hotel is fine, but don't leave it and venture out! more
