Don't be put off by the crumbling buildings that surround this hotel. Compared to other hotels it really is 5*. Don't bother with the expensive breakfast, you can eat elsewhere for much less! Get a room overlooking the Capitol building, worth paying that little bit more. Book online in advance to get better rates. more
