Stayed at the Hyatt Regency for 3 nights, our 2nd stay in 2 years. Like last time, we used points to upgrade to a club room, and really the Regency Club is the highlight of the hotel. The club is open to those staying in the Club rooms and consists of 3 or 4 interlinked lounges, all tastefuly decorated. They... more

I stayed at the Hyatt regency for two weeks in August for Business. I had a good stay there, the room was a good size, the food was good and the staff couldn't do enough for you. The hotel is situated in the business area of Shinjuku sandwiched between the government Building and several other tall buildings, and a small... more

Tokyo was overwhelming before I even got there as I tried to figure out all the different neighborhoods. I do suggest Shinjuku where this Hyatt is located. Its a quick walk, or free shuttle ride, to the main Station. From there you can shop, eat and/or jump on a train to explore the rest of the city. As for the... more

I stayed here while on business for 7 days. It was my first trip to Japan, so I was glad to stay in an American chain for a bit of familiarity. The hotel is very large and suprisingly the room was quite large as well. I have had much smaller rooms in NY or Europe. The hotel staff was very... more

Hyatt Regency is a nice big hotel. So big that every morning between 8 to 10am there is a 10-20 minutes cue to get into the lobby coffee shop for the buffet breakfast. The wait is worth it though. Good buffet. They offer breakfast in the 27th floor but not as extensive. They also have the Japanese restaurant in the... more

We recently visited the Hyatt Regency in Tokyo for 3 nights and i must say i wasnt overly impressed. We had just come from the Hyatt Regency in Kyoto and it was not in the same class (see Kyoto review- thoroughly enjoyed it!). Nonetheless, the staff were reasonably friendly, the location quiet and fairly convenient. The bathroom was a bit... more

Walking into the Century Hyatt inspires travelers with their courteous service. Before you walk into the Century Hyatt, my husband and I were greeted and our bags were taken straight to our rooms. Tips are not something you have to worry either. As Japanese culture, tips are considered an insult. If you decide to travel around Tokyo, the train station... more

Just completed another stay at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo (formerly Century Hyatt) this week . The concierge, front desk and bell service continues to remain impeccable. I havent revisited Tokyo for the past 18mths. And this is my first stay after their name change. They are always courteous and expedient. The hotel is not close to the JR or Tokyo... more

I have stayed at this hotel several times both with my husband on his business trips and on our own holidays. I have never had any complaints to lodge as everything is just so wonderful about the Hyatt brand. It's so conveniently located, a 10 minutes walk to the Shinjuku station and if you are taking the Toei line, it's... more

One of the best and most convenient perks of this hotel was their shuttle service from Shinjuku Station which is one of if not the busiest station in Tokyo. You can pretty much get anywhere from this station. We did find it a little bit difficult to find the bus stop of the shuttle so here's a few tips; From... more
