We loved this sleek and stylish hotel. The entire staff went out of their way to be friendly and receptive. English was not a problem. The place is beautfiul and in an ideal location surrounded by office towers and shopping (Ginza only a 10-minute walk). Subway and JR lines can be reached via underground passageways. The Yamanote Line will get... more

Had 3 great nights at this hotel. Rooms weren't massive but were fine and Tokyo is an exhausting city if you have just 3 days to explore! We ate here on the first night and paid extra for buffet breakfast each day. Was worth it and saved the hassle of finding food outside and set us up for the days.... more

Stayed at the Park Hotel for two nights, then returned after a night away at Hakone, for another night. Hotel was immaculate. Great views. Fantastic staff who were helpful with great English. Free internet access from the room. Rooms were a reasonable size. We had a twin room, and there was room to have both our suitcases down and open,... more

This hotel is located in the Shiodome Media Tower, from the 25th floor upwards and is an ideal location for exploring Tokyo. The subway is directly connected to the hotel so getting around couldn't be easier. There is a 'Family Mart' convenience store on the ground floor which is ideal for drinks & snacks and there is a 'Subway' sandwich... more

I've stayed at the Park more than once and think it's an excellent choice - good rooms, location and value - and deserving of its Tripadvisor rating. Positives - Reception, restaurants and rooms have excellent views (starting on the 25th floor), and are also stylishly well equipped and furnished. Nice bar and restaurants. Really good value for Tokyo, in comparison... more

Booked this hotel after seeing the great reviews on Trip advisor. It was a great hotel. The best feature was the subway stop below the hotel (Shiodome). This made it so easy to get everywhere in Tokyo. The room price was so reasonable too for Tokyo! The rooms were a bit small, but I was expecting that for Tokyo. The... more

A good choice - location is handy and safe but in a business area - don't let it put you off though. You are so handy for the excellent subway system. Rooms are compact but ultra clean. The toilets are something else!! We had a super view of Tokyo Tower and Mnt. Fuji - simply stunning. I would stay here... more

Customer service in Japan is legendary and rightly so. The Park Hotel lives up to these high standards with excellent, friendly service. As a bonus, the staff all seemed to speak very good English. The ten-story atrium is beautiful. Rooms are on the small side but modern, bright, quiet, and (most importantly) immaculate. We had a lovely view of the... more

This was my husband and my first trip to Japan - on our own. Staying at this hotel was a perfect base. Our day tours picked us up from the lobby plus access to the JR, subway and every train line you can image. (note: it took me several days to learn the system and once we got it it's... more

This hotel was a great find. The rooms were a reasonably spacious given Tokyo standards, and I would definitely stay here again. Ginza is a short walk away, and the hotel is near Shimbashi station (a major train hub). However, I would caution you if you are seeking nightlife. The hotel is tucked in amongst a cluster of office buildings... more
