My wife and I visited Skidaway State Park recently and had a wonderful time. We just went to walk the trails and enjoy the day. The trails are easy and full of things to see, including Confederate earthworks and an observation tower. Enjoy the outdoors and plan a visit to Skidaway. more

This is one of the best state parks we've been to.Facilities were excellent ,very quiet(and there were kids playing) nice wooded and private areas,no crowding.If you are looking to visit Savannah ,and need a place to camp,Skidaway would be a good bet. more

Skidaway is a terrific place to camp. The sites are spacious, clean and even feature cable TV hookups. Twice when we arrived we found deer wandering through the campsites.
