I visited the World Trade Center Observatory on a recent trip to Baltimore. Make sure you visit on a clear, beautiful day other than on a rainy day or it'll ruin your view! Spectacular panoramic view of the harbor, well worth the money. After purchasing your tickets and taking a quick elevator ride, you'll make it to the 28th floor... more

Going up to the observation level at the World Trade Center is the best way to get an overview of Baltimore. From each of the five sides you can see many of the tourist attractions in the city. The volunteers that answer questions are very knowledgeable and helpful. Just make sure you time it right so that there are not... more

I can't believe no one has written a review on Top of the world. It is a very tall office building on the inner harbor, but the 27th floor is all open with views all the way around.
