I highly recommend biking the Golden Gate bridge. The view is as good as it gets. Be sure to stick to the side that does not allow pedestrians; otherwise, you won't be able to ride. Biked across the bridge - absolutely brilliant views and very cool to be on the Golden Gate Bridge. the most amazing man made structure i've seen - incredible. the best sight in San Francisco for sure. the bus (you'll probably need at least 2) goes directly to the south side of the bridge.
