We used a 40% off coupon from the American Casino Guide. Otherwise, the cost would have been $50 for the two of us. That would definitely be too much money. Overall, it was okay. Most of the wax figures didn't look as much like the celebrity as they should have. I thought the best were John Wayne, Princess Diana, and... more
This museum is great, if you don't pay full price! Full price was over $20 a person. I got a discount ticket that got 4 of us in for for the price of 2. There were interesting statues and a haunted house when I went. The haunted house was kinda lame. It might have been better if I were ten... more
I agree with most other recent reviews--entertaining enough, but not worth the $25/person admission fee. And bring a camera. I'd been to the one in London ten years ago and loved it, so in Vegas I expected to be able to take pictures standing next to the figures, but didn't expect, and found it cool, that they provided props to... more
Having visited the Madame Tussaud's in New York City which is fabulous, we were very dissapointed in this location. We went one day to get out of the heat and thought it was kind of a waste of money. I wish we knew about the 2 for 1 tickets then it would have been worth it. I couldn't even figure... more
Went to the Museum in July 2008. Had so much fun taking all the pictures with celebrities. Great way to spend some time out of the heat. I printed a coupon online for Madame Tussauds Wax Museum. It was a 2 for 1 admission if you went after 7pm. Here’s the link for the coupon. http://www.destinationcoupons.com/nevada/Las_Vegas/Activity_Madame/Coupon.htm) One admission is $25.... more
Really enjoyed the wax museum at the Venetian. The wax celebs look so real, some less than others, some are just a little too shiny. It is very fun having your picture taken with them. While i was there in October, they had a haunted house where people dressed up as Jason, Freddy and Leatherface and were all jumping out... more
This wax museum, located within the Venetian hotel/casino, is a pretty good way to burn a couple of hours if you're feeling like doing something not involving gambling or getting wasted. Since we were in Vegas and we do NEITHER, we had to find alternative methods of entertainment. Hence, we shelled about 25 bucks or so apiece to go here.... more
First off I have to say, being a Brit I've been to the original in London and this is better by far. It has nowhere near the number of wax models as London, but because you can interact and have great photo opps with all the models it oodles more fun. They have an Elvis who sings if you hold... more
I went here on a recommendation from a friend. We had so much fun. You can take your picture with so many different "celebs." They look so real. Make sure you read the signs around them. If you do certain things to them then they will do ceratin things. For example, If you hold Elvis's hand he will talk. It... more
