It is not true as stated the route to the Boker Park is in fact shall we say is unofficially open but you have to pay an extra 5 dollars to the travel agents, you cannot make your own way up there. Be advised that the road to the top of Bokur was closed in feb 2008 as the Sohka hotel group who own the road and the old hill station buildings are currently building a 500 bed hotel/resort at the top and upgrading the road.
