It's hard to put into words how amazing the Aitutaki Lagoon is. It is absolutely stunning and overflowing with marine life. We went on a day cruise with Aitutaki Adventures. If you are visiting Aitutaki you MUST go on a lagoon cruise. We went on Bishop's lagoon cruise. The boat we were on had top deck where we took tons of photos and relaxed in the sun. The tour is all day and it takes you to "Mosquito Island" which is where the "Survivor' cast members were sent once they... more

The Aitutaki lagoon is beyond words. The crystal blue water and the white sand beaches are so spetacular. As the tide goes down, white sand bars rise out of the crystal blue waters. I went on two lagoon cruises and each time I would take a few photos and put my camera away only to get it out moments later... more
