Islamic Cairo is well worth several visits. It is spread out over several areas. So if time is short you may have to choose just one of them. On our second day in Cairo, our tour guide took us to the Egyptian Museum, Islamic Cairo and Khan El Khalili (bazaar) during the day then the Pyramids Sound and Light Show in the evening.
