Went up there with a friend and it was absolutely breathtaking. The Luge was also a lot of fun. Only advice would be to pick a clear day to go up there, and make sure you bring your beanie and gloves in winter, it was freezing when we went, but then again, that could just be Queenstown. more

Good ride up and lots of chances to take photos and wonderful views all over Queenstown from the viewing areas. Not a lot actually up there and not a lot of places to sit unless you eat something or have a drink. But it was worth the trip. more

Get there early (it opens at 9.30am) as otherwise the track gets very crowded. You can buy all sorts of different styles of tickets at the bottom for different amounts of runs but they sell tickets at the start of the luge so its not a problem if you forgot to get tickets. the views are absoutly amazing, you have to take a ton of photos. The luge is a must, we bought one ride and then had to go back and purchase a second one it was so fun. Also it is fun to just watch the people bungee jumping. You have to go if you are in Queenstown. more
