I was in San Juan on business. The room was clean and comfortable. The toilet backed up on my second day there, but I reported it on my way out in the morning, and it was repaired before I returned in the evening. The Embassy suites hotel saved our vacation. The hotel was beautiful and the pool was warm and comfortable as well as huge. We were on the 5th floor and it was quiet and comfortable. My fiancee and I spent our first vacation in a city view room at the Intercontinental. I have no serious complaints! The first night I got there, I didn't really like the area, as there are a FEW abandoned businesses around. By the second night, the area had intoxicated me!
