My only negative experience with this hotel was finding it on my first night in Tokyo - To get there you have to walk through a maze of small and busy streets, full of people. Last summer, I went to Tokyo and stayed at two hotels: Shinjuku Washington Hotel, and Tobu Hotel Leavant. Comparing the two hotels, Tobu Hotel is in a less properous location, but has a better neighborhood. Also, the walk from the JR station to the hotel is only 3 minutes.
