The hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. 2 minute walking distance to the haram. Definitely a place to stay when u go for umrah or hajj. Breakfast was fantastic!!! more

Hilton Towers in Makkah is not your super duper luxuriuous hotel. But it has beautiful, large, clean, comfortable rooms. We were 5 women and 3 babies in one room and we slept VERY comfortably. Stayed there for our Umrah trip. It was such a pleasant stay with friendly staffs who are always ready to help. The rooms were spacious, and we got almost everything we need there. It's just some steps away from Al-Haram, which was truly a convenient for us since we came with our grandmother who couldn't stand for a long distance... more
