I have just experienced an exceptional business meeting and weekend stay at this hotel. While I do not often use superlatives to describe the hotels I encounter in my business travels , I am compelled to make an exception in the case of the Sofitel DC!! Every aspect of the business meeting I hosted at the hotel came off perfectly.... more

This was our first trip to DC, and I couldn't imagine a better location than this hotel. Walk out the side door of the lobby and you are at the entrance to the Metro Center station. Easy walking distance to Chinatown and several restaurants - Five Guys is about 2 blocks away. Rooms are fabulous - look newly renovated. Nice... more
